Terms of service

Last updated October 14, 2026

By creating a RigDue account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a dropzone, you agree on its behalf.

The service

RigDue is a record-keeping tool. It shows the dates you and your rigger enter and flags what is overdue; it does not inspect gear, decide AAD service or end-of-life dates, or replace the packing data card, the rigger's logbook, or the gear check before a jump. The reserve repack interval, AAD maintenance and airworthiness of every rig remain the responsibility of the dropzone and its FAA-certificated rigger under 14 CFR 91.307 and the manufacturers' instructions. We aren't responsible for a rig flown out of date, gear damage, or injuries.

Your data

Your dropzone's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep RigDue running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using RigDue at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
